Most Australian pubs and bars roster under the Hospitality Industry (General) Award (MA000009). Roz doesn't interpret the award or calculate penalty rates, but you can set the award's minimum-rest rule after a late close, and Roz flags any roster that breaks it. RSA and RCG rules differ by state (NSW, VIC, QLD and others) — check your state's licensing regulator as well as the Fair Work Ombudsman.
Roz doesn't track RSA or RCG expiry dates — remove the tag when a certificate lapses. It doesn't roster security contractors you don't employ, and it doesn't interpret the Hospitality Industry (General) Award or do penalty rates or payroll.
