Yes. Every volunteer on your active list counts toward your plan. Up to 15 fits Lite ($49 a month). Up to 60 fits Starter ($79 a month for your first 12 months, then $149). Up to 200 fits Pro ($350 a month for your first 12 months, then $499). All prices include GST. Mark people who've stopped volunteering as inactive and they stop counting.
Send them the roster link. They can see their shifts without signing in. To confirm or drop a shift, they need WhatsApp, Telegram or the Roz app — Roz doesn't take replies by email or text.

Yes. Ask Roz to check fairness — it shows shift counts and hours per person so you can see who's carrying the load and spread shifts evenly.
Your roster data is stored in Sydney. Roz's AI runs on Claude, made by Anthropic, which doesn't train on your data. Roz suggests changes, and no roster change goes out until you approve it. Read more on our security page.
