Rosters
Roster history and versions
Roz keeps a record of how each roster changed, so you can always see what happened and when.
The history view
Open a roster and choose History. You’ll see a feed of revisions in order, newest first. Each entry shows:
- What changed — shifts added, moved, reassigned, or removed.
- When it happened.
- Who made the change (you, a manager, or Roz acting on an approved proposal).
Why this matters
- Trace a mistake. If a shift looks wrong, history shows when and how it got that way.
- Settle questions. “I never had a Saturday shift” — history has the answer.
- Understand Roz’s edits. When you apply a Roz proposal, it appears in history like any other change, so the schedule is never a black box.
Tip
History is read-only — it’s a record, not an undo button. To change the roster, edit the draft or published version directly (see The roster editor).
