Roz and support
Asking Roz anything
Roz is built into your workspace. You can ask it about your live roster, and you can ask it how to do things in the product.
Two kinds of question
About your roster — Roz reads your real data to answer:
- “Who’s working tomorrow afternoon?”
- “Find scheduling gaps this week.”
- “Which staff are over their contracted hours?”
- “Summarise Priya’s preferences.”
How to use Roz — Roz answers from the help guides and points you to the right article:
- “How do I publish a roster?”
- “How does Import Anything work?”
- “How do I cap junior staff at 30 hours?”
Where to find Roz
- The Assistant tab — a full chat, with personas for different topics (roster, rules, settings, and more).
- Edit with Roz inside a draft — chat alongside the grid to build and rebalance the schedule. See Editing with Roz.
What Roz won’t do
Roz proposes changes; you approve them. It won’t silently rewrite your roster, and it works within your rules. For anything it can’t help with — a bug, a billing question, or something only a person can sort out — Roz will pass it to our team. See Getting help.
Tips for good answers
- Be specific about the site and the week when it matters.
- Ask one thing at a time for the clearest reply.
- If Roz suggests a change, read the proposal before you apply it.
